New Release – April 1, 2011
This book is based in early Scottish lore. The tale is fairly fast-paced and well written. The only problem might be the dialect, which could hinder some readers. If they are patient, they will enjoy it. This is an above average book. It is probably best for 5th grade and up, as [SPOILER ALERT] the hero and heroine kiss at the end.

It would be nice to start with book 1, but this sounds intriguing since I just returned from Scotland and the history in the story would interest me….especially since I have ancestors from there.
