Homer, the Library Cat

New Title — Released Today! (11/8/2011)

Written by by Reeve Lindbergh , Illustrated by Anne Wilsdorf

My first read was to a 4th grade class and I asked them to rate it, henceforth 5 stars. They loved the pictures, the rhyming and the story of a quiet cat that visits a train station, and a fire station, and finally settles on a quiet library as a place to enjoy. Cute book.

  1. The title and art work on the cover of the book looks inviting. I love picture books that rhyme. They are great for reading aloud.

  2. This looks like a wonderful book for our library. Rhyming books are the best!

  3. You can’t get a better recommendation than from the students themselves! This looks cute.
