Once Upon a Cool Motorcycle Dude

onceuponacoolmotorcycledudeWritten by Kevin O’Malley, Illustrated by Kevin O’Malley, Carol Heyer, and Scott Goto

Two students are in a debacle… they are doing a project for the library and can’t decide which fairy tale to talk about, so they make one up. Once Upon a Cool Motorcycle Dude mashes two different story lines together to make a hilarious tale. The illustrations are beautiful and exciting, using three different illustrators to enhance the story. I’ve read this to all of my classes, pre-school to 6th grade, and all of them loved it. I definitely recommend this book and the opportunity to teach teamwork and collaboration.
