Ben Draws Trouble

Ben Draws TroubleBy Matt Davies

A terrific book about a young artist who gets in trouble for drawing all the time in school. He loves his journal, and draws funny pictures of his teacher and others. One day his journal gets lost. His classmates find it and share it with Mr. Upright. After class Mr. Upright and Ben walk toward the principal’s office together. (But they don’t stop there.) Mr. Upright has a special plan for Ben.

Fortunately there is a happy ending for Mr. Upright and Ben. This book shows a fun way to honor a person and their passion.

  1. Thanks for sharing this book. I love that it show that a journal doesn’t have to be just words.
