He goes looking for advice…in the library, of all the places. The librarian gives him a book, A Communication Guide for Boys and Girls. As Charlie Joe reads the book, friends come to him asking for advice. Now if Charlie Joe can just take the advice himself. I especially liked the side pages where Charlie Joe’s friends/family give romance tips.
