True Son

THE PSI Chronicles, #3

Written by Lana Krumwiede

True Son appealed to me because it is a fantasy novel. I didn’t know that this was the third book of the trilogy, but it stood well on its own giving the needed background information along the way to allow me to follow the story and have an idea of how the characters had arrived at this place in time.

What really made it a good read was how it included so much of human nature. Watching the characters discuss conflict resolution and ways to reach these solutions peacefully. It was great to read about their willingness to sacrifice their own comforts and even their lives to protect others even when they were wielding the power to destroy anyone who stood against them.
