The Girl From Everywhere

Written by Heidi Heilig

I really liked this book! I loved the characters, I loved the premise, and I thought it was a great mix of action and storytelling.

Nix is a sixteen year old girl who travels with her father on his ship. A pirate ship. That can travel through time. They go to Hawaii in the late 19th century and begin an adventure that both entertains but gives you great background on the history of Hawaii. The main character was a little bland, but the others were fun and colorful. Overall I really liked this book and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a good adventure.
