This series is full of adventure, suspense, magic, and intrigue. The Gray Wolf Throne picks up with Raisa trying to get home to reclaim what is rightfully hers, and Han’s drive to find and protect Rebecca Morley, who to his surprise is not who he thinks she is. Action abounds in this latest installment of the story. Several surprises await the reader as Cinda Wiliams Chima captivates her audience once again.
Raisa has difficult decisions to make in this book. Han is trying to fit into a system that holds him responsible for past mistakes, and Corporal Byres has the full time job of trying to keep Raisa alive. I enjoy Cinda Wiliams Chima’s style of writing. With flowing language and description that paints a vivid picture, this book was difficult to put down. I can’t wait for book 4.
