Bear with Me

A sweet book that could work so well with a lot of problems

Written and Illustrated by Max Kornell

Bear with Me is a sweet book that could work so well with a lot of problems. Change, new siblings, making friends, and family changes, just to name a few. Owen had to deal with his parents bringing home a bear. He didn’t want a bear, and no one asked him anyway. It takes him awhile but he finally figures out that maybe the bear could be fun to have around. I would definitely recommend this book.

  1. Interesting thought, I remember when I got something for christmas that I did not want but in the after the day was over I just loved it and I still have it sitting on my shelf today (that’s old).

  2. I loved how he did the illustrations like paper cut-outs, even though they were done digitally. I’ll leave this drawing open until Monday, Oct 31 so that more people have a chance to enter it.

    1. I just ran across this discussion about my book, Bear With Me. Thank you all for such positive comments! The art in the book is cut-outs glued over painted backgrounds. I did it that way so I could draw in pen without doing a pencil sketch first, if I messed up I could save the background and just redo the foreground. Thanks again, everybody. Enjoy the book!
