Blink & Caution

The lives of two runaway teens in Toronto collide.

Written by Tim Wynne-Jones

The lives of two runaway teens in Toronto collide. Blink survives life on the streets by sneaking into expensive hotels and eating room service leftovers. One morning, however, his breakfast is interrupted by what looks like a kidnapping. Unbeknownst to Blink, this observance and his picking up the man’s phone will draw him into a world not of his own. Caution has survived the streets by turning to drugs and their distribution. She has finally hit a point in her life where she realizes that she must get out from under the thumb of her drug lord, no matter what it takes. As the pages of the book continue to turn, the reader is drawn into the worlds of Blink and Caution, and wonders if their two lives will ever intersect, and what that may mean for both of them. This novel provides a graphic description of life on the streets. Some unnecessary language is included.
