Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer

marieantoinetteWritten by Katie Alender

Collette Iselin is on her way to Paris with her school class, quite an elite school. While in Paris she frequently sees a vision, a pale woman in a ball gown and a powdered wig. Along with these visions there is a series of grizzly murders. Collette learns that each victim is a member of an organization sworn to help Marie Antoinette, but later abandoning her to save themselves. Unfortunately, Colette’s family name is on the list and she fears for her own safety. Some of the girls are not interested in what there is to see in Paris, they cut out at night to frequent bars and dance halls. Colette finds help with Armand, a French boy, who is also extremely good-looking, even though Hannah claims the right to him. Hannah is the “popular” one and everyone dances to her tune, or they will be cut off. Colette has to find a way to break free from her and solve the mystery of the ghost and the murders. Quite an adventure through the streets of Paris with teenagers, the ghost and the victims.
