Big Bad Detective Agency

Big Bad Detective AgencyWritten by Bruce Hale

Poor Wolfgang, the Big Bad Wolf! No one gives him a break. When all the houses of the three little pigs are ransacked, he is of course the obvious suspect. He pleads his innocence but no one believes him. Prince Tyrone, the ruler of Fairylandia, cannot handle all the commotion from the kingdom so he gives the charge of his punishment to Captain Kreplach. Since there is no actual evidence to convict Wolfgang, the captain gives him one day to prove his innocence. Along with the fourth little pig, who proclaims himself his sidekick, Wolfgang and Little Pig are off to solve the crime. This is a cute easy chapter book tying fairy tale characters into the story. Wolfgang is perfectly gruff and tough and with little patience. Little Pig is young, but clever. Will Wolfgang listen to him or will he huff and puff and blow his chance to win his innocence and stay out of the dungeon? Engaging and very funny with short easy chapters and lovable quirky characters, Big Bad Detective Agency is sure to please. I hope more stories are on the way!
