Snowboard Hero

Kaleb Pearson loves snowboarding with his older brother, Luke. When tragedy strikes their family, Kaleb must learn that he has courage and greatness within himself to do great things. This was the first Jake Maddox book that I have read, and I am impressed with his ability to attach you to the characters. It’s not a long story, focusing on one emotional trial, and one physical challenge for the main character to prove himself. I was very satisfied with the ending and feel that children would be able to identify with Kaleb. I’m looking forward to reading a few of the others in the series.
