A Million Ways Home

A Million Ways HomeWritten by Dianna Dorisi-Winget

This realistic fiction book is about a girl, Poppy, who is being raised by her grandmother. After her grandmother suffers a stroke, Poppy is determined to help her grandmother to be able to return home from the hospital. This story becomes action-packed as Poppy witnesses a robbery and murder. To add to the plot Poppy finds a German Shepard in a dog shelter that she is trying to help. This book teaches a great lesson that we cannot always control the outcomes of our choices. It is a story about hope and second chances.
