Biography of Charles Mallory Hatfield, who claimed to be a rain-maker. In December 1915 he received a telegram from San Diego, California. There was a terrible drought and they wanted him to make it rain. Everything he did was a secret and he did not share his knowledge with anyone. They said he “tickled the clouds” and made them rain. When a huge flood came causing much damage and destruction San Diego would not pay him. Very interesting story. They said he took ALL his secrets of how to make rain with him when he died. Lots of cool information and science.
