The Baseball Player and the Walrus

The Baseball Player and the WalrusWritten by Ben Loory, Illustrated by Alex Latimer

I liked reading about the baseball player and his commitment to the game and the travel. But he got lonely and found a Walrus for a pet. He loved the Walrus so much that he quit playing baseball. However as time goes on he realized the best place for the Walrus was in the zoo. He tried to get back on the team but they didn’t want him back. You’ll have to read the book to see where he found a job that made him very happy.
