Seven Dead Pirates

Seven Dead PiratesWritten by Linda Bailey

Lewis in an only child. Lewis is a lonely child. When his grandfather dies, he and his parents move into the family’s old mansion. After some exploration, Lewis is drawn to the tower bedroom. He feels free here…that is, until mysterious things start to happen. Given the title, I won’t be giving anything away by saying that Lewis learns that his room is haunted by seven dead pirates. They need help getting to their ship. Lewis needs help believing in himself. Working together, they just might get what they wish for and more. Though a wonderful story, it might be good to say that this story focuses more on Lewis than on pirates, but a touch of reality makes the story more meaningful.
