Scar

scarWritten by J. Albert Mann N/A

Scar is an amazing book that gives insight to the reader about the effects of war. It poses questions like what are we really fighting for? Aren’t both sides fighting for freedom? Whose freedom is more important? Are the people we are told to kill, in reality, horrible people? The descriptive words used to describe the main character’s surroundings, pain, thirst and hunger make one feel as if they were there watching.
