The photographs in this book are astounding. Cecil’s Pride shares the history of Cecil the Lion, who becomes known throughout the world after his controversial death. This book does not focus on his death, but on his life. The reader learns much about the life of this lion king and what it is like to be a lion in the ecosystem of the Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe. This book will appeal to animal lovers and will recruit many new lovers too.
