When I was young, I loved to read. The older I got, the less I liked to read. When I was young, I loved books by Judy Blume and Beverly Cleary.

What is the best book you were required to read as a student?

Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck

What book did you hate reading as a student?

I can’t think of one!

What is your favorite book to recommend to children?

Out of My Mind by Sharon M. Draper or the Michael Vey series by Richard Paul Evans

  1. I love the book “Out of My Mind”. There is the cutest and sweetest girl at my school who has cerebral palsy and I really started to look at her in a different way because of this book. So Great!
