Such a GREAT book! It hit mental illness on the head! A broken home, remarried dad, young new wife, new baby and a mentally ill mom… whew…It’s about an 8th grade girl finding herself in the midst of all of that, loosing her best friend and finding new friends in the least likely bunch. I loved the writing of Natasha Friend. Highly recommend for kids who are struggling!
