Let’s Do a Thing!

Victor Shmud, Total Expert, #1

Written by Jim Benton

Victor Shmud loves to do “things,” and his friends Dumpylumps and Patti are happy to help. Victor becomes an expert in doing various “things” and suddenly finds himself in outer space, caught up in a battle between aliens, with only a duck, a cellphone, and a small bottle of mustard to help him get back home.

Funny and easy to read, with illustrations on every page. While I did not personally enjoy the book, it will certainly appeal to readers who enjoy “Franny K. Stein,” “Captain Underpants,” and books of similar humor.
