The Road to Ever After

Written by Moira Young

Orphan Davy David spends his days doing odd jobs and drawing breathtaking pictures of angels in the dirt. He is forced to leave his hometown when he witnesses a secret. Unsure where to go, Davy decides to help Miss Flint return to her childhood home so she can die. Unexpectedly, Miss Flint dies early in the journey, but Davy can interact with her spirit, who becomes younger every day. Upon conducting research at the library, Davy believes he is the guardian of Miss Flint’s spirit and he only has three days to take her home so she may rest in peace or forever roam the earth alone. On this road to the ever after it will lead to healing, love, understanding, compassion, and new hope. A feeling of contentment and peace will befall upon the reader when they finish the book.
