Life in the Amazon Rainforest

Written by Ginjer Clarke

The pictures in this book are most amazing and the verbage is for K-2, but all will be interested in this wonderful book. The photos are up close and personal and the colors are intense. The author does a great job detailing the animals and birds that live in the Amazon Rainforest. This will keep the interest of the young and the more mature child with information that is helpful and exciting. I particularly liked the food chain that she followed. With a turn of the page, one could see what would eat the amimals on the prior page. Very informative and beautiful pictures.
