Lost in the Library

Written by Josh Funk, Illustrated by Stevie Lewis

I think adults will appreciate this picture book more than children. Fortitude and Patience are the names of the two lion statues that stand outside of the New York City Library. The sun is beginning to rise and Patience is no where to be found. So Fortitude goes inside the library to search for his companion. This takes you on a tour of the library which is very large and has many stories to see. It introduces us to other statues, paintings, and the map room. Fortitude finally does find his friend in the children’s section where they find all the stories that over the years Patience has been sharing with his friend.
