Storm

Written and Illustrated by Sam Usher

A boy and his granddad take flight with a kite on a stormy day, but first they reminisce about their previous adventures. The illustrations are beautiful and the relationship between grandfather and grandson is tender yet fun. “The best adventure is an adventure shared,” says Granddad to his grandson, and this series is a testament to that. This is the second book I’ve read of this weather-related series and I will be searching out the others.
