I Need All of It, by Petra Postert and Jens Rassmus

Written by Petra Postert, Illustrated by Jens Rassmus

Jim is helping his dad sort the laundry when Dad pulls out some miscellaneous objects from the pocket of a pair of Jim’s pants. Dad wants to throw it all away but Jim needs “all of it!” Jim then proceeds to tell his Dad what each item is, i.e. a stone is really the top of a mountain that a giant bit off then spit out and it landed right in front of Jim’s feet! What will Jim tell his Dad an ordinary paper clip really is?

Such a fun story that highlights how wonderful imagination can be and all the fun places and adventures your imagination can take you.
