Super Milly and the Super School Day

Written by Stephanie Clarkson, Illustrated by Gwen Millward

It is Superhero Day at school and Milly is ready to be super. She has the outfit and the mindset, but she doesn’t have any superpowers. She would like to be super, but she doesn’t know how. Maybe she can be a real hero for her friends. . . Her friends at school aren’t having a good day, so she helps them in anyway she can.

This is a cute story that can start a conversation with kids about how to be kind and helpful to our friends around us. It would be a great read aloud and one that kids would enjoy checking out and reading as well as just looking at the pictures. I hope we can all be a little more like Super Milly by looking out for others and doing what we can to help!
