Sweater Weather

Written and Illustrated by Matt Phelan

This book has a very catchy title. I just want to go around saying SWEATER WEATHER! The illustrations are good. I do not feel this would be a great read aloud. The pictures do most of the talking with very little dialogue. The dad is trying to get all his little bears to put on their sweaters to go outside to see a shooting star. There are 7 little bears and they are all trying to figure out the sweaters and being distracted. The story has a good message of family. It is a cute book.
