Secret Soldiers

How the U.S. Twenty-Third Special Troops Fooled the Nazis

Written by Paul B. Janeczko

What a great idea for an informational book! I was really interested in reading this book and usually enjoy most any book about World War II. Yet, this book was really hard to read. The research was well done but hard to follow the way that it was presented. I am amazed at the all the work that went into organizing this group of men and their talents. I felt like I would rather read the original sources than this book. That’s what I would recommend if you are interested in learning about this group of amazing soldiers.
