The Bad Seed Goes to the Library

Written by Jory John, Illustrated by Pete Oswald and Saba Joshaghani

We have a bunch of fans of Jory John’s books here at Truman Elementary and this one didn’t disappoint. It was a great continuation of the Bad Seed’s story. As a read aloud, the kids enjoyed shushing me when I read the parts where the Bad Seed was talking and singing too loud in the library. I love the fun way it teaches library etiquette. It helps the kids see how happy they can make someone when they return a book that someone else is waiting for. We all love it!
