Day of the Assassins (A Jack Christie Adventure, Book 1)

When Jack Christie and his friend Angus go back in time to an event that shaped history, they debate whether or not to change history. If they stop the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, World War I will never start. Changes to history could be dangerous. Also, VIGIL is determined to prevent them from changing it. Will Jack and Angus succeed or will they decide to leave history alone?

A great adventure for reluctant readers. The characters are developed fairly well. The plot holds the reader’s interest. Readers who like science fiction, adventure, action, and time travel will enjoy reading this book.
