A Dark, Dark Cave

A Dark, Dark CaveWritten by Eric Hoffman, Illustrated by Corey R. Tabor

A brother and sister spend the day exploring the wonders of a dark, dark cave. But then a light appears and– wait, who is that tall shadowy figure at the entrance? Children should love this delightful tale of imagination. All young children love to make caves of blankets, sofa cushions and chairs, and this book highlights that creative play. With rhyming text and colorful watercolor and pencil illustrations, A Dark, Dark Cave is a wonderful book. I love the beautiful blanket drawings on the inside of the book cover. Great story for imagination and I think kids will want to make “caves” after reading this book. But remember, sometimes we have to play quiet so as not to wake the baby!! Get your flashlight ready for some fun.
