The Girl I Used To Be

Written by April Henry

This book was a great fast read, it hooks you right at the beginning. The main character Olivia’s mother was murdered and her father fled town upon being accused of killing her mom…after 14 years of believing this, she finds out that her father was murdered as well, and the real killer is still out there. This book takes you through her investigation to find her parents’ killer. But she must be careful so that the killer doesn’t find her. This was a very intriguing read, suspenseful, and I would recommend for anyone 7th grade or older.
