Law Enforcement Robots

Written by Mary Lindeen

Law Enforcement Robots is from the Lerner Alternators Books nonfiction series. This is a great addition to any elementary nonfiction section. It has four informative chapters (32 Pages), as well as a Bot Project section, a timeline, a glossary, and further information with an index. The book describes different types of robots and their functions. Each robot is described and examples are given of the ways it can be used in law enforcement. “Factoids” are throughout the book with interesting quick blurbs about the internet, computer scientists, etc.

I like the look and feel of this book. I have the hardbound version and expect it will last for a long time and remain in good condition. I’m interested in finding additional titles in the series.
