In the Middle of Fall

Written by Kevin Henkes, Illustrated by Laura Dronzek

The story is very simple, almost boring, in this introduction to what happens in fall and how it transitions into winter. I thought, however, that the illustrations were beautiful — so very bright and bold and visually stimulating. A preschool or kindergarten child would really enjoy this book.
