Ty and his girlfriend Gemma try to find Ty’s missing Ma and Pa. They are searaching for them in the depths of the ocean on a sub called the Drift. What Ty isn’t prepared for is finding an entire township chained to a sunken airplane. Ty is now worried that the same fate has come to his parents. He encounters many sea monsters and dangerous people in his search. This book is a high action/adventure book in which he fights off sharks, killer whales, and huge squids.
I think most students would really enjoy this book. It is for the more advanced reader.
