The promised cure at the end of the 1st book (Everland) didn’t work. The virus has mutated and is more advanced. Doc almost has the cure, but they need an apple, and not just any apple, a Forbidden one. They go through a labyrinth with lots of danger. Duchess (Alice) and Maddox (Mad Hatter) team up to do this. Then there is Hook and he is up to his devilish scheme again. With lots of twists and turns this book will not disappoint you. Everland follows Peter Pan and Umberland follows Alice in wonderland. I can’t wait for the third book.
