Walter Was Worried

Written by Laura Vaccaro Seeger

Several children feel a range of emotions as they watch a storm pass through. The letters of each emotion create the face of each child, such as “Priscilla was puzzled,” the P and D of ‘puzzled’ are her eyes, the U is her nose, the L is her mouth, the Z’s are her eyebrows, and the E is a wrinkle by her eye. It’s very creative and clever, fun and colorful.
