The Marvelwood Magicians

Written by Diane Zahler

Mattie Marvelwood has a secret. The rest of the Marvelwood family has secrets, or talents, as well. When the family has a chance to perform with a circus, they are excited. Mattie can read minds, and it is not an act. Her mother reads fortunes, her dad is an illusionist, and her little brother can become invisible. Mattie does not like her talent; she feels it makes her a freak. When they join Master Morough’s circus they soon discover some very mysterious things happening. Master Morough is keeping secrets of his own. Mattie needs to make a deal with him to save her family and friends and recover their talents or maybe lose hers in the process.
